Bad bad bad morning. Ive already had like 4 cups of kellogs special k and a sloce of pizza -_-. I packed my lich for work and its like 300 calories so my plan is to have a late lunch and not eat anything else. Blah today is gunna suck anyways. My boss is back from vacation :( .
Today was like the worst . I ate too much because of my fucking period. Tomorrow ill do way better hopefully . I wanna be 165 by next week . Lets do this.
Ok so i have good news . I did very well this weekend i found the will to resist temptation and then my family decides to go out to eat. So basically im stacked up on calories right now. Oh and this morning i weighed in at 168.8 soo im definantly at 170 right now probably. Oh well its okay im going to exercise and burn a few calories. Stay strong just keep thinking of allthe reasons why.
